You

register
your
own
two
custom
comments

Limits

receiving

only

a
fax
number
stored
as
one
of
your
One-Touch
numbers.
ON/OFF
When
you
use
the
application
software
included
into
the
MFC,
you
can
select
if
your
PC
connected
to
your
MFC
will
receive
voice
and
fax
messages.
ON/OFF
You
can
store
the
incoming
fax
messages
in
the
memory.
Then
you
can
use
the
convenient
remote
control
functions.
ON/OFF
You
can
choose
either
PAGING,
FAX
FORWARDING or OFF. PAGING ON
will
cause
the
MFC
to
page
you
when
it
receives a fax message. FAX
FORWARDING ON will cause the MFC
to send any stored faxes that are received
to another predetermined fax number.
OFF/FAX FORWARD/PAGING
You
can
register
the
REMOTE
ACCESS
CODE
(3
digits)
allowing
you
remotely
operate the machine. (Example:
Retrieving
an
incoming
fax
message)
