Sending a Fax with Call Reservation (Talking to the receiving party
after
fax
transmission)
You
can
send
a
fax
and
then
talk
to
the
recipient
using
the
Call
Reservation
feature.
After
your
fax
has
been
printed
on
the
receiving
end,
the
receiving
fax
machine
will
ring
as
if
it
were
receiving
a
telephone
call.
If
the
recipient
picks
up
the
handset,
your
machine
will
ring.
Then
you
can
pick
up
your
handset
and
start
a
conversation.
If
you
have
both
Call
Reservation
and
Call
Back
Message
set
to
ON
and
the
recipient
does
not
pick
up
the
handset
when
it
rings,
your
machine
will
leave
a
fax
message
asking
the
recipient
to
call
you.

Using the Call Reservation Function
• There are some fax machines that will not respond to this function.
• When you use auto redialing, you can not use the Call Reservation
function, but if Call Back Message is ON, your machine will leave a Call
Back Message asking the other party call you.
• You can not use Call Reservation with the Delayed Transmission or with
the Polling function.
• You must register your Station ID number to turn Call Back
Message: ON. (See page 3-3~4.)
