Cleaning the Paper Pick-up Roller

Unplug the machine and remove the Jam Clear Cover.

Clean the Paper Pick-up Roller with isopropyl alcohol on a Q-tip 
(cotton swab).

 Re-insert the Jam Clear Cover.
