Control panel buttons 

The control panel buttons have the following functions:

Cancel printing

If you press the Control panel button while printing, the printer will immediately stop printing and will 
then eject the paper.

Wake-up 

If the printer is in Sleep mode, press the Control panel button to wake the printer up and go to the Ready 
state. It will take up to 25 seconds for the printer to reach the Ready state.

Form feed

If the orange Data LED is on, press the Control panel button. The printer will print any data that is left 
in the printer memory.

Error recovery

If there is an error, the printer will recover automatically from some errors. If an error is not automatically 
cleared, press the Control panel button to clear the error, and then continue to use the printer.

Reprint

If you want to reprint a document that has just been printed, you can do this by pressing and holding 
down the Control panel button until all four LEDs are lit and then release the Control panel button.
