Balloon Help is provided with the Macintosh

 printer driver. 

Use Balloon Help to find out the functions of individual items. 

To access Balloon Help, display the dialog box that contains the item in question.

dialog box.

Click 

Show Balloons 

on the 

Help

 menu of the menu bar.

Move the mouse to the item in question. A description of the item appears.

To hide Balloon Help, click

 Hide Balloons
