Printer jam or paper jam

Remove the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the 
machine.

Paper is jammed inside the paper tray

Pull the paper tray out of the machine.

Pull out the jammed paper to remove it.

Reset the machine by lifting the scanner cover from the right 
hand side of the machine, and then close it.
