Although an ink volume icon appears on the 
LCD, you can use the 

Ink Management

 key 

to see a large graph showing the ink that is 
left in each cartridge.

Uninstalling or installing the

If you do not use the handset and the handset 
cradle, you can remove them.

Uninstalling the handset and handset 
cradle

Unplug the curled handset cord from the 
machine.

Pull the tab (1) outwards and hold it in 
position as you push the cradle to the 
back of the machine.

Attach the side cover.

Installing the handset and handset 
cradle

Remove the side cover.

Note

If you cannot open the cover with your 
hand, use a coin to open.
