You can choose the network connection type, wired network connection or wireless network connection. If 
you want to use the wired network connection, select 

Wired LAN

, and if you want to use the wireless network 

connection, select 

WLAN

. You can only have one network connection type active at a time.

Note

Node Name: Node Name appears in the Network Configuration List. The default Node Name is 
“BRNxxxxxxxxxxxx” for a wired network or “BRWxxxxxxxxxxxx” for a wireless network (“xxxxxxxxxxxx” is 
your machine’s Ethernet address).

The Network Configuration List prints a report listing all the current network configuration including the 
network print server settings.
