Mailbox Pwd

You can specify password on the POP3 server where the internet print jobs are to be retrieved.

Press Menu, 6, 3, 1, 5.

Enter the user password assigned to the machine that will login to the POP3 Server. Please note that 
this password is case sensitive.

Press OK.

Press OK again to verify the password.

Press Stop/Exit.

Note

To set for no password, enter a single space.

Setup Mail RX 

This menu has five selections Auto Polling, Poll Frequency, Header, Del Error Mail and Notification.

Auto Polling

When set to 

On

 the machine automatically checks the POP3 server for new messages. “

No Mail

” will be 

displayed if there are no E-mail messages when the POP3 server is polled.
