PRINTING MEMORY TEXT
Text files and auto format layout files stored in the memory can easily be printed without
recalling each file one by one.
To print stored text files:

Hold down
c
and press
0
. “PRINT” appears on the display with the file number and
beginning of the most recently stored or recalled text.

To quit the
Memory print
function without printing text, hold down
c
and press
0
(or press just
*
).

Press
e
or
h
to display the file containing the text that you wish to print. The text
stored under the selected file is shown in the bottom line of the display.

To see other parts of the selected text file, press
f
or
w
.

Press
r
so that the file number flashes.
☞
To remove a file from those that are to be printed, press
r
so that the file num-
ber no longer flashes.

Repeat steps

and
3
until the file numbers for all files that you wish to print are flash-
ing.

Press
_
. The text stored under the selected file numbers is printed.
To print stored auto format layout files:

Press
i

j
, depending on the type of layout that you wish to print.

Hold down

and press

. The name of the layout appears in the top line of the dis-
play and the file number and beginning of the most recently stored or recalled text appear
in the bottom line.
