"---" appears as the host name in a
list.
The specified host information has been deleted.

The
[Delete]
button cannot be
clicked.
Information for a visitor who is signed in cannot be deleted. Sign
out the visitor, and then delete their information.
The
[Overwrite]
button is not
available.
Has the reservation function been turned off by the administrator?
Have multiple visitors been selected in the list?
Information can be saved for only one visitor at a time.
Visitor information cannot be changed for visitors who have
signed in or for whom a reservation has been made and whose
badge has been printed. Make a new reservation with the new
visitor information or sign in the visitor with the new information,
and then delete the record and badge for the old visitor
information.
A visitor cannot enter visitor
information in Self Check-in mode.

tab - "Setting for Visitor
Information Fields" of the Administrator mode. Visitors will not be
able to view or enter information for any categories where
"Unnecessary" is selected. To add the category to the Visitor
Information Fields, change the settings to "Necessary",
"Required" or "Optional" to allow visitors to enter information.
Task manager can be started
when using Self Check-in mode.
The User must be logged on to their computer with Administrator
privileges in order to execute this function. For Windows Vista

right click the VM-100 icon and select "Run as administrator".

Restart the VM-100 software, and the program will prompt you to
