The BMB files are listed by date. Select the BMB file to be 
restored, and then click the 

[Open]

 button.

The VM-100 Database dialog box appears again, and the selected BMB file 
is indicated.

From the drop-down list, select "Backup files (*.bmb)".

The BMB files are listed. The numbers in the file name indicate the date 
that the information was backed up. Select the BMB file to be restored.

Click the 

[Open]

 button.

Click the 

[Next]

 button, and then click the 

[Finish]

 button in the 

next dialog box that appears.

The backup file with the selected date is restored.
