Tire Changing
Removing the Spare Tire and
Tools
1. Center Wheel Cap Extractor
(If Equipped)
2. Strap
3. Screwdriver
4. Jack
5. Wheel Wrench and Tow Eye
(In Bag)
To access the spare tire and tools:
1. Open the trunk. See
2. Lift the load floor.
3. Turn the retainer nut
counterclockwise to remove it.
Remove the spare tire and
place it near the tire being
changed.
4. Remove the jack and tools and
place them near the tire being
changed.
Removing the Flat Tire and
Installing the Spare Tire
1. Do a safety check before
proceeding. See
2. If equipped, remove the wheel
nut caps with a screwdriver or
flat tool covered with a soft
cloth to protect the wheel.
3. If equipped, remove the center
wheel cap by inserting the
wheel cap extractor then
pulling to remove it.
