Recirculation / Fresh Air Selection Switch Checking

1. Use a circuit tester to check the recirculation / fresh air selection

switch.

2. Connect the

 connector (1) and the 

6P

 connector (2).

3. Switch off the recirculation / fresh air selection switch (3).

Touch the red (+) probe to the terminal

 and the black (−)

probe to the terminal 

12

 as shown in the picture.

4. Switch on the main switch.

Switch on the recirculation / fresh air selection switch (3).

Make sure that the output voltage is the some with the battery

voltage.

5. Touch  the  black  (−)  probe  to  the  terminal

.  Switch  off  the

recirculation / fresh air selection switch (3).

6. If  the  output  voltage  differs  from  the  battery  voltage,  the

recirculation / fresh air selection is faulty.
