For manual or automatic transmissions:

1. Place the transmission in N (Neutral).

2. Lock the steering wheel straight

ahead.

3. Do not exceed 55 mph (88 km/h).

Towing a vehicle with a manual
transmission with front wheels off
the ground or with all four wheels
on the ground:

1. Place the transmission in N (Neutral).
2. There is no limitation on the distance

you can tow with a manual transmis-
sion.
