3. Fold the trunk board into the position
shown in the figure.
4. Latch the hook onto the anchor
bracket, and tighten the tether strap
following the child-restraint system
manufacturer's instructions.
5. Push the trunk board down to its
original position.
Type B
1. If your child-restraint system requires
the use of a tether strap, hook and
tighten the tether strap. First, pull up
the front part of the trunk board and
remove the anchor bracket cover on the
trunk board.
2. Pass the tether strap through the hole.
