sively forceful voice (Shouting)

er is blowing against the mi-
crophone

You are using off-standard ex-
pressions (dialect)

Regarding the causes indicated

placed between the numbers.

Turn off the Bluetooth

®

 device’s

power once and then turn it
back on.

There is a malfunction in the mi-
crophone.

A poor connection or malfunc-
tion with the microphone may
have occurred. Consult an Au-
thorized Mazda Dealer.

When a voice command is made
during voice guidance, the voice
recognition is poor.

The Guidance Volume setting
value is too high.

The recognition accuracy im-
proves by setting the Guidance
Volume to the 50 level or lower.

Names in the phonebook are not
easily recognized

such as “Mom”, “Dad”, recogni-
tion will improve.)
