ENgiNE OiL
Check engine oil level when refueling
By design, rotary engines consume a small amount of oil to lubricate internal
engine components. Use the oil dipstick to inspect the oil level when refueling.
If the level is near or below the low mark, add oil to bring the level to full.
A
Engine Oil Dipstick
Open the service cover to access the engine oil dipstick. If engine oil is
needed, add as required.
B
Engine Cover
Remove the cover to gain access to the engine oil filler cap. Remove
the cover by pulling up on front corners, then pull toward the front of
the vehicle.
C
Engine Oil Filler Cap
SAE 5W-20
Remove the oil filler cap and fill as needed.
When the oil light
flashes and then illuminates, and a beep sound is
heard, the engine oil level is low. Immediately pull over to a safe location,
turn the engine off and check the engine oil level. When the engine is cool,
add engine oil, if necessary.
