When driving with the temporary spare tire

do not:

exceed 80 km/h (50 mph) under any
circumstances

•

load the vehicle beyond maximum vehicle load
rating listed on the Safety Compliance Label

•

tow a trailer

•

use tire chains

•

drive through an automatic car wash, because of
the vehicle’s reduced ground clearance

•

try to repair the temporary spare tire or remove it
from its wheel

•

use the wheel for any other type of vehicle

Removing and replacing wheel covers

Center wheel cover

1. Pry the center
ornament off the wheel
cover with the lug
wrench. Pry only at the
notch. Do not use a
screwdriver or any
other tool as this may
damage the wheel
cover surface finish.

2. Remove the center
bolt on the wheel cover
with the lug wrench
tip.
