NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY

Air Conditioner Refrigerant Charge 

Air conditioner refrigerant charge is covered for the first 

12 months 

of the warranty period 

regardless of mileage.
Over the balance of the warranty period, refrigerant charge is  covered  only  when  replenished 
as part of a warranty repair.

2. Towing 

If Mazda vehicle is not drivable due to a warranted part failure  during  the  coverage  period 
of  the  New  Vehicle Limited Warranty or Powertrain Limited Warranty, towing service will be 
covered to the nearest Mazda dealer.

3. Warranty Application

This warranty is applicable to Mazda Vehicles originally distributed, registered and normally 
operated in the country(ies) of the United States, Canada, Mexico, or the U.S. territories of Puerto 
Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, or American Samoa. The warranty that originally came 
with this vehicle will be in effect and will not change if the car is legally imported and 
subsequently registered into a different country or territory identified above.

Although the warranty that came with this vehicle will be honored to the extent possible in the 
various countries/territories identified above, there may be limitations on the ability  of  the  local 
Mazda  dealership  to  repair  vehicles  that have moved across the various borders identified 
above.
During the warranty period, this warranty is transferable to subsequent owners. Mail the 
“Subsequent Ownership Notification” attached to the end of the booklet to your Mazda 
Importer/Distributor.
