3-4.  Using  Vehicle  Finder

 Vehicle Finder has two functions: To indicate the vehicle's location on the map and to turn on 
the hazard warning lights for the visual confi rmation of the vehicle.
In order to turn on the hazard warning lights, open the detailed information from the screen of 
MY CAR.

Vehicle Finder displays the location of the vehicle and the distance from 
the device displayed by the MyMazda APP.
To turn on the vehicle’s hazard warning lights, display the MY CAR display 
details.

The distance from the device displayed by the MyMazda APP, the location of 
the vehicle, and the amount of time the vehicle was parked are displayed.
If 

 FLASH LIGHTS 

 is touched, the horn will sounds twice and the hazard 

warning lights of the vehicle will fl ash 10 times.

• When the vehicle is in a location subject to weak radio wave signals, such as an 

underground parking garage, communicating with the system may be diffi  cult, therefore, 
the location indication may be incorrect and/or operations may not be able to be 
performed.

• Vehicle Finder references information when the engine is stopped.
• No operations will occur if all the doors and trunk/liftgate are not closed.
