Power On & Off
KEY ON
Turn the key vertical to
the green dot. Check that
beeper and all display lights
are working. Don’t put your
hands on the controls until
beeping stops.
KEY OFF
Turn the key horizontal to
the red dot. Always turn
the key off when leaving
your vehicle. Remove the
key if necessary to prevent
unauthorized use.
SOME THINGS THAT WILL PREVENT “KEY ON”
• Hands placed on controls too quickly.
• The Emergency Disconnect button on either the platform or
the service panel (see page 34) is in the “power off” position.
• Vehicle may have options added to prevent
unauthorized use.
POWER ON OR OFF
• When the red Emergency
Disconnect button is
down, power is off.
• Twist the button
clockwise to turn power on.
EMERGENCY DISCONNECT
Push down the red
Emergency Disconnect
button anytime your vehicle
isn’t working right. Don’t
use your vehicle. Report the
problem to your supervisor.
