Folding Mirrors

Manually fold the outside mirror
rearward until it is flush with the vehicle.

Your vehicle may be equipped with a
driver side automatic-dimming mirror.
The automatic-dimming door mirror is
linked with the automatic-dimming
rearview mirror inside the vehicle to
automatically reduce headlight glare
from vehicles at the rear. Refer to
“Automatic Dimming Mirror” in this
section for further information.

Note:

The passenger door mirror does

not have the automatic-dimming
feature.

Heated Mirrors — If
Equipped

These mirrors are
heated to melt frost or
ice. This feature will be
activated whenever
you push the Rear

Window Defrost button. Refer to
“Climate Control System” for further
information.

EXTERIOR LIGHTS

Headlights

Rotate the headlight switch to
activate/deactivate the headlights, other
exterior lights and dashboard
illumination.
When the lights are turned on, the

indicator in the instrument cluster

illuminates.

Note:

To prevent discharge of the

battery, do not leave the lights on while
the engine is OFF.
