Original jam
If the original is jammed, follow the steps below.
Original is jammed inside the front of the control panel.

Remove any paper from the ADF that is not jammed.

Pull the jammed original out toward the front of the machine.

Press
Stop/Exit

Remove any paper from the ADF that is not jammed.

Open the control panel cover.

Pull the jammed original out toward the back of the machine.

Close the control panel cover.
