6-12.Printing Emergency Reports

In an emergency, an emergency report (list of visitors who have signed in and 
have not yet signed out) can be displayed and printed by clicking the 

[Emergency 

Report]

 button. The emergency report contains the visitor's name, company 

name and destination as well as the host's name and organization.
For details, refer to the procedure described in "Administrator mode" (page 71).

6-13. Importing Visitor List

Visitor List can be imported. When importing visitor list, the information will be 
added to the existing visitor database.

From the [File] menu, click [Import Visitor List…].

Specify the file name containing the information to be imported. 
Select the format of the file to be imported, and then click 
[Open].
