Clean the print head when you want to improve the print quality and 
also as part of your routine maintenance.

Unplug the power cord for safety.

Open the top cover by lifting the lever on the right side of the top cover.

Take out the printing cartridge.

WARNING

After you have just used the machine, some internal parts of the machine are 
extremely 

HOT!

 So please be careful.

Be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges of the metal part shown in 
the illustration.
