At the end of a conversation on an external 
phone you can ask the other party to fax you 
information before you both hang up.

Ask the other party to put the document 
in their machine and to press the Start or 
Send key.

When you hear the other machine's 
CNG tones (beeps), press 

Black Start

or 

Color Start

 to receive a fax.

Replace the handset of the external
