Fax Preview

If you choose Fax Preview you can view 
received faxes on the LCD by pressing the 
Fax Preview key. When the machine is in 
Ready mode, a popup message will appear 
on the LCD to alert you of new faxes. You can 
continue all operations.

Note

When Fax Preview is turned on your 
machine can only print the color faxes it 
receives. It cannot store them in memory.

How to preview a fax

When you receive the fax, you will see the 
pop-up message on the LCD. (For example:
